Facility Rentals

For birthday party rentals, please visit our e-Services page. Birthday party rentals will be available between July and December starting on May 20, 2026 for Torbay residents, and May 27, 2026 for the general public. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact recreation@torbay.ca. For inquiries about short-term rentals aside from birthday party rentals at any of our facilities (Showers, Meetings, etc.), please email recreation@torbay.ca or call (709) 437-6555.

For inquiries about long-term rentals (i.e. Volleyball, Card Clubs, etc.) at any of our facilities, please email Recreation Program Coordinator Kellie Tapper at ktapper@torbay.ca.

Half Gymnasium Monday - Friday 8:30am - 2:30pm

Half Gymnasium Monday - Friday 2:30pm - 11:00pm, Saturday, Sunday

Full Gymnasium Monday - Friday 8:30am - 2:30pm $60.00
Full Gymnasium Monday - Friday 2:30pm - 11:00pm, Saturday, Sunday $72.00

The prices indicated below are the price per room and are based on an hourly rate:
