Silver Spades Property Beautification Awards
In appreciation of residents taking the time to landscape and enhance the aesthetics of their properties, the Town of Torbay and participating residents have developed the Property Beautification Awards. Nominations are now open, and the deadline for submission is July 20th. A committee will view nominated gardens and recognize the front-runners in their beautification efforts from July 25th – 29th.
Beautification categories include:
• Best Residential Property
• Best Vegetable Garden
• Best Natural Garden
• Best Beginner Gardener
• Overall Winner
If you have a property or know of a property that should be viewed, please submit the property owner’s name, address, and a contact number by July 20th to Scott, smartin@torbay.ca, or 437-6532 ext 310.
