Crispy Cod Taco: Cabbage, chipotle expresso crema, pickles, vegetables, guacamole, and crispy banana peppers. Paired with Las Moras Chardonnay.
Main Course
Roasted pork loin stuffed with apricots, sun dried tomato, pecans and savoury breads hunter demi crema, and grilled vegetable risotto. Paired with Las Moras Melbac.
Desert
Mars Bar creme brulee, with macerated berries and chocolate biscuit. Paired with LBV Port.
