Eating for Heart Health
February is Heart month, so what better time to learn how to make small changes to your daily life to improve your heart health. These changes include exercising, quitting smoking, and making better food choices. Join us to learn about simple and practical foods you can incorporate into your diet to improve your heart health.

Where: Multipurpose Rooms 1-3, Torbay Common
Ages: 18+ years
Due to COVID-19 regulations:
- Pre-registration through e-services only; there will be no drop-in service available.
- All participants and guardians will be asked to complete the COVID-19 screening questionnaire upon arrival to the program.
- Masks must be worn upon entry into any Town of Torbay facilities; participants must supply their own masks.
- A program may be cancelled if registration numbers are low or if provincial public health guidelines change.
