Ridiculous. Why not just set them off in the summer when it’s warmer too? The countdown is to midnight, not 7:00 PM.
We will take your concern under consideration regarding the timing of the fireworks when planning future events. The 7:00pm time was chosen in order to make it accessible to all family members including small children.
