Guided Meditation at Torbay Public Library
This class will start with a few gentle stretches before moving to a guided meditation designed to release tension from your body and mind, invoking a powerful sense of peace and relaxation.

No fee, no registration required. Lead by Pam Senior. No previous experience required.
*Please bring a mat or blanket to lie on, a blanket or wrap to cover up and any other props for your comfort. If you are unable to lie down, you can use a library chair.
