A total body workout for fitness lovers: A traditional style fitness class incorporating elements of cardio, strength and flexibility. Classes run 45-60 minutes in length and are a great workout and a whole lot of fun. Don’t forget your water and towel.
Bring a mat and some hand weights to class.
