Develop your flexibility, mobility, and overall strength by joining Pam Senior for gentle chair yoga. Chair yoga is a gentle form of yoga that can be done sitting on a chair or standing on the ground while using the chair as support.
Beneficial for people with limited mobility and those who may not require a chair but are looking for a more gentle practice.
