Youth Strength & Conditioning Class

Join Athletic Trainer Darcy O’Reilly for this weekly workout session which will help you make your fitness goals a reality. Throughout the program, Darcy will touch on various strength and conditioning factors such as increasing muscle strength, cardio exercise, mental confidence benefits and much more!

Duration: January 7th – February 25th
When: Tuesdays from 6:00pm – 7:00pm
Where: Torbay Common Gymnasium
Ages: 10 – 16
Fees: $10.00 +HST for Individual Session Passes, $64.00 +HST for Full 8 Session Pass (Registration through e-Services)
