Yoga & Fitness Class Registrations


Residents are advised that a number of fitness and yoga classes will be opening up for registrations on Tuesday, April 3rd at 10:00am on eServices. Those classes are:

Fitness Classes with Deanne – This is a total body workout for fitness lovers. Bring a mat and hand weights to this one hour class. (Starts on April 12th @ 8:15PM – 9:15PM @ Upper Three Corner Pond Park Multi-Purpose Complex and runs for 8 weeks).

Weekend Yoga with Pam Senior. This is a yoga class for everyone. A little more up tempo than our regular fitness classes. (Starts April 15th @ 4:00PM – 5:00PM @ Upper Three Corner Pond Park Multi Purpose Complex and runs for 8 weeks)

Adult Yoga with Sherry Ryan. This is a yoga class that will help with your mobility and flexibility! It also keeps you connected with others. (Starts April 12th @ 10:30AM – 11:30AM @ St. Nicholas’ Hall and runs for 7 weeks).

    Are there plans for another morning Adult Yoga class with Sherry Ryan once this current session ends?

      Hi Diana,

      Yes there are four sessions of Outdoor Yoga coming this summer. It is outlined in our guide and we’ll have it on our website soon. The dates in the guide are incorrect however, the new dates will be July 10th, July 31st, August 14th and August 28th. All dates will start at 10:30am and registration will open on June 19th on eServices.
