Staff continues to work hard to get the outdoor rink open behind Torbay Common Community Centre. Unfortunately, the weather has created several delays in the safety of the rink. Once the rink is safe for use, another update will be provided. The Town is looking forward to seeing residents out skating and enjoying this new initiative.
