Can you provide an update for January 19. Are travel restrictions lifted?

While in a state of emergency, residents must remain on their property and are not permitted to use the roads with the exception of emergency responders and snow-clearing operations. However, during the temporary lifting of the state of emergency, 6:00AM-9:00PM, daily, travel is permitted.
