Our fire index continues to climb with our ongoing high temperatures and the risk of forest fires increases. We are currently HIGH on the provincial fire index. The Torbay Volunteer Fire Dept is advising the residents of Torbay and the Town of Flatrock residents that no campfires, open fires, and burning permits are allowed. Propane fire pits and BBQs are allowed. Please help us keep everyone safe.
