The Town of Torbay was both humbled and privileged to be a part of the unveiling of the newly named Kevin Parsons Highway, formerly known as the Torbay Bypass Road.
In attendance were Deputy Mayor Mary Thorne-Gosse, Councillor Ralph Tapper, Councillor Ward Gosse and Chief Administrative Officer for the Town Sandy Hounsell.
