Torbay Announces Adoption of Economic Strategic Roadmap
The Town of Torbay has recently developed a comprehensive Economic Strategic Roadmap, which will play a key role in the development, revitalization, and economic development in Torbay.
Prepared by Tract Consulting Inc., the Roadmap addresses the dual pillars of Business Development and Town Development and outlines strategies and initiatives to help create a sustainable direction for continued growth that compliments the Towns current progressive and proactive strategic strides. The Roadmap was developed after an extensive review of the Towns current plans and strategies as well as community and stakeholder consultation, with considerations for a post pandemic economy. Input was gathered from residents, businesses and stakeholders, Town staff and elected officials.
The adoption of this Roadmap will help direct efforts toward projects that best achieve the needs of our community; a community with a balanced economic and social well-being.
