2024 RULES:
1. Participants must reside in the Town or Torbay or own a business within the Town.
2. All submissions must be their own and comply with local laws and regulations.
3. Participants can only submit one entry per category.
4. Submissions should include photographs and a brief description of the property or garden, highlighting the unique features and efforts made to beautify the property.
5. The judging panel’s decision is final, and prizes are non-transferable.

BONUS POINTS

Any submissions featuring the Marigold (Flower of the Year) will receive Bonus Points. Seeds can be picked up at the Torbay Common or Torbay Town Hall (8:30-4:00)

They do NOT need to be matured, proof of planting (seeds) is acceptable.
