This invitation is further to a Discretionary Use Notice that was issued in March 2021 regarding a proposed multi-unit residential development at 51 North Pond Road and written responses received to date. With the recent change to COVID-19 – Alert Level 2, a Public Meeting is now scheduled for interested residents.

This is the forum to ask questions about the proposal, to meet the developer and for the Town to advise on “What we Heard” thus far.

• Due to COVID-19 protocols in place, seating is limited.
• Pre-registration is required by Friday, May 7^th, 2021, 12:00 noon.
