St. John’s Urban Region Regional Plan Amendment No. 7, 2023
Municipal Plan Amendment No. 7, 2023, and
Development Regulations Amendment No. 13, 2023
South Pond Watershed Amendment
The Town Council of Torbay has adopted Municipal Plan Amendment No. 7, 2023, and Development Regulations Amendment No. 13, 2023. The Minister of Municipal and Provincial Affairs has adopted St. John’s Urban Region Regional Plan Amendment No. 7, 2023. A Commissioner of Public Hearing has been appointed to consider objections and representations on the above noted Municipal Plan, Development Regulations and Regional Plan Amendments.
Anyone wishing to make an objection or representation at the Public Hearing shall deposit with the Town Clerk of Torbay, two copies of a signed written statement outlining the objection or representation by 3:00 p.m. on the 12th day of November 2024. If no objections are received, the Town may cancel the hearing in accordance with Urban & Rural Planning Act, 2000 provisions.
A Public Hearing to consider objections and representations on the above noted Amendments will be held at 6:30 p.m. on the 14th day of November 2024, at the Torbay Town Hall, 1288 Torbay Road.
