Public Consultation – Development Regulations Amendment No. 6, 2018
The general public is invited to view a draft copy of the Town of Torbay Development Regulations Amendment No. 6, 2018.
The proposed Development Regulations Amendment No. 6, 2018, will re-zone an area of land for a proposed residential subdivision located south of Forest River Road from Residential Subdivision Area (RSA) to Residential Large Lot (RLL). The public may provide any comments or concerns on the proposed change to the Town in writing before Council proceeds with adopting the proposed amendment. The Town of Torbay draft Development Regulations Amendment No. 6, 2018 will be
on display from November 5th to November 13th, 2018, from 9:00 am – 3:00 pm, at the Town Office, Torbay. The deadline for written comments shall be 3:00 pm, November 13th, 2018. More information may be obtained by contacting:
