Public Consultation – Development Regulations Amendment No. 5, 2018
The general public is invited to view a draft copy of the Town of Torbay Development Regulations Amendment No. 5, 2018.
The proposed Development Regulations Amendment No. 5, 2018, will amend the conditions for accessory buildings; amend the conditions for row dwellings and apartment buildings; amend the conditions for traditional agricultural use; amend the
Residential Medium Density (RMD) Land Use Zone Table, Schedule C, and amend the definition for accessory buildings, Schedule A. The public may provide any comments or concerns on the proposed changes to the Town in writing before Council proceeds with adopting the proposed amendment. The Town of Torbay draft Development Regulations Amendment No. 5, 2018 will be on display from November 5th to November 13th, 2018, from 9:00 am – 3:00 pm, at the Town Office, Torbay. The deadline for written comments will be 3:00 p.m., November 13th, 2018. More information may be obtained by contacting:
