PROCLAMATION: Pride Week
St. John’s Pride, a non-profit volunteer-run organization that serves the 2SLGBTQQIA+ community, has announced St. John’s Pride Week 2022 to be from July 15th to July 24th.
In unification with the City, the Town of Torbay also wishes to honour Pride Week in our Town, to recognize and celebrate the contributions and diversity of the 2SLGBTQQIA+ people and all members of our community.
The Town of Torbay, being an all-inclusive community, proclaims the week of July 15th to 24th, 2022, as Torbay Pride Week; and encourages all residents to take note of this week, get involved, participate and support the many St. John’s Pride events taking place, and celebrate our community.
