Open Space Projects Construction

As part of the Town’s Multi Year Capital Works Open Space Projects for 2023, construction will be starting over the coming weeks in the following areas:

• Pineridge Open Space Site where a multi-purpose court will be constructed,
• Upper Three Corner Pond Park Site where drainage and landscaping work will be completed on the Barry Codner Softball Field.

The projects are expected to take 4-6 weeks to complete. During that time the two sites will be closed to public use. Residents are asked to pay close attention and to follow signage in the areas.

The Town apologizes for any inconvenience that this may cause and thanks residents for their patience and understanding during this time.
