Notice to Property and Business Owners – 2020 Property & Business Tax Invoices
Invoices will be going in the mail starting January 16, 2020 to all property and business owners for the 2020 tax year. If you do not receive your tax invoice(s) within 7 days, please contact the Town office at 437-6532.
Some owners may also receive an invoice(s) for the 2019 tax year, as a result of a Supplementary Assessment completed by the Municipal Assessment Agency during 2019. The payment deadline for these invoices is Friday, February 28, 2020.
Please note that the payment deadline for 2020 annual invoices is Tuesday, March 31, 2020. Either payment must be made in full or a payment plan must be put in place on or before the deadline date in order to avoid any accumulation of interest.
