MAA Annual Notice of Assessments for 2020
On June 3, 2019, the Municipal Assessment Agency (MAA) will mail the annual Notice of Assessments for 2020 to Torbay property and business owners. Please note that the value listed on this Notice of Assessment will be used in determining the taxes invoiced to you by the Town of Torbay in January of 2020, for the 2020 tax year.
Please check all information listed on the Notice of Assessment for accuracy, and review the assessed value listed for your property or business. The deadline to file an appeal with the Municipal Assessment Agency, for the above Notice of Assessment, is up to and including July 3 rd , 2019.
