Development Notice | Discretionary Use | 82B Bauline Line

The Town of Torbay is in receipt of an application proposing to establish a home office at one of the residential units at 82B Bauline Line in association with a cleaning business. There will be no signage and no clients will be received at the residence. The property is located within the Commercial General (CG) Land Use Zone of the Torbay Development Regulations 2015-2025. Since the proposed home office is associated with an existing residential use it shall be processed as a discretionary use in accordance with Regulations 33 and 90, requiring public notification.

Anyone wishing to comment on this proposal is asked to contact the Town Office in writing. The deadline for written comments shall be 12:00 PM, Friday, July 26, 2024. Further information on this matter may be obtained on the Town’s website at www.torbay.ca or by contacting the Town’s Planning and Development Department.
