Development Notice | Discretionary Use | 7 Ellard’s Lane
The Town of Torbay is in receipt of an application from 7 Ellard’s Lane proposing to establish a home-based business offering professional eye lash lifts on a part time basis. An average of 2-3 clients per week are anticipated. Parking is provided on property. The property is located within the Residential Medium Density (RMD) Land Use Zone of the Torbay Development Regulations 2015-2025, and the proposed home based professional service use is listed as discretionary. This application is processed in accordance with Regulations 33 and 90, requiring public notification.
Anyone wishing to comment on this proposal is asked to contact the Town Office in writing. The deadline for written comments shall be June 28, 2024. Further information on this matter may be obtained on the Town’s website at www.torbay.ca or by contacting the Town’s Planning and Development Department.
