Development Notice | Discretionary Use | 384 Pine Line

The Town of Torbay is in receipt of an application from 384 Pine Line proposing to establish a home office in association with a driving school business, all work occurs off-site. There will be no clients received at the office. The vehicle used for the business will occasionally be parked on site but is primarily stored elsewhere.

The property is located within the Residential Infill (RI) Land Use Zone of the Torbay Development Regulations 2015-2025, and a proposed home office use is listed as discretionary. This application is processed in accordance with Regulations 33 and 90, requiring public notification.

Anyone wishing to comment on this proposal, is asked to contact the Town Office in writing. The deadline for written comments shall be Friday Sept. 1, 2023.
