Development Notice | Discretionary Use | 375 Indian Meal Line
The Town of Torbay is in receipt of an application from 375 Indian Meal Line proposing to establish a home office in association with a cleaning/property maintenance business. There will be no signage and no clients will be received at the office. The property is located within the Residential Infill (RI) Land Use Zone of the Torbay Development Regulations 2015-2025, and a proposed home office use is listed as discretionary. This application is processed in accordance with Regulations 33 and 90, requiring public notification.
Anyone wishing to comment on this proposal, is asked to contact the Town Office in writing. The deadline for written comments shall be 12:00 PM, Tuesday, July 9, 2024. Further information on this matter may be obtained on the Town’s website at www.torbay.ca or by contacting the Town’s Planning and Development Department.
