Development Notice | Discretionary Use | 185 Marine Drive

The Town of Torbay is in receipt of an application from 185 Marine Drive proposing to establish a home office in association with an appliance repair business. All work occurs off-site at customer’s homes. There will be no clients received at the office. There is anticipated delivery of replacement parts via courier to the property during the week days. The property is located within the Residential Medium Density (RMD) Land Use Zone of the Torbay Development Regulations 2015-2025, and a proposed home office use is listed as discretionary. This application is processed in accordance with Regulations 33 and 90, requiring public notification.

Anyone wishing to comment on this proposal, is asked to contact the Town Office in writing. The deadline for written comments shall be Friday January 24, 2025.
