Development Notice | Discretionary Use | 10 Russworthy Place

The Town of Torbay is in receipt of an application from 10 Russworthy Place proposing to establish a home office in association with a Transportation and Tourism business. All work occurs off-site at customer locations. There will be no clients received at the office. There is a fleet of 3 commercial vehicles proposed to be parked at the property (a 30 foot long limousine, a 32 foot passenger bus, and a 39 foot passenger bus). The two short vehicles will be parked inside an existing accessory building, while the longer unit will be parked in the rear of the property. The property is located within the Residential Medium Density (RMD) Land Use Zone of the Torbay

Development Regulations 2015-2025, and a proposed home office use is listed as discretionary. This application is processed in accordance with Regulations 33 and 90, requiring public notification.

Anyone wishing to comment on this proposal, is asked to contact the Town Office in writing. The deadline for written comments shall be Friday March 28, 2025. Further information on this matter may be obtained below or by contacting the Town’s Planning and Development Department.
