The Town of Torbay is in receipt of an application from 9 Motion View Close proposing to construct a single family dwelling. The property is located within the Residential Large Lot (RLL) Land Use Zones of the Torbay Development Regulations 2015-2025. The minimum required building line frontage is 36.4 metres. The applicant is requesting a 10% variance to be able to decrease the minimum required building line frontage to 32.76 metres to bring the proposed siting of the dwelling in line with the existing building line. A decrease of 10% can be considered by Council. This application is processed in accordance with Regulations 11, 12, and 33 of the Torbay Development Regulations, requiring public notification.
