Development Notice – 6 Pinch Creek Crescent

DISCRETIONARY USE

The Town of Torbay is in receipt of an application from 6 Pinch Creek Place proposing to establish a home office in connection with a used auto sales business that will purchase one vehicle at a time at auction for subsequent online resale. There will be no onsite repair and no public sales. All sales are conducted online, and viewing is by appointment only. There is no signage proposed. The property is located within the (RLL) Land Use Zone of the Torbay Development Regulations 2015-2025, and a proposed office use is listed as discretionary. This application is processed in accordance with Regulations 33 and 90, requiring public notification.

Anyone wishing to comment on this proposal, is asked to contact the Town Office in writing. The deadline for written comments shall be Friday April 9, 2021, 12:00 noon. Further information on this matter may be obtained by contacting the Town’s Planning and Development Department.
