Development Notice – 438 Bauline Line
DISCRETIONARY USE
The Town of Torbay is in receipt of an application from 438 Bauline Line proposing to establish a home office use associated with a business buying and selling recreational vehicles. There is no associated storage of recreational vehicles on the subject property. This proposal is for home office use only. The property is located within the Residential Infill (RI) Land Use Zone of the Torbay Development Regulations 2015-2025, and a proposed home office use is listed as discretionary. This application is processed in accordance with Regulations 33 and 90, requiring public notification.
Anyone wishing to comment on this proposal, is asked to contact the Town Office in writing. The deadline for written comments shall be Friday, May 29, 2020, 12:00 noon. Further information on this matter may be obtained by contacting the Town’s Planning and Development Department.
