Development Notice – 4 Blackberry Crescent
DISCRETIONARY USE
The Town of Torbay is in receipt of an application from 4 Blackberry Crescent proposing to construct a 16’ x 12’ (17.84 m2) large accessory building in the northeast quadrant of the subject property. The property is located within the Commercial Main Street (CM) Land Use Zone of the Torbay Development Regulations 2015-2025, and residential re-development, including the proposed residential accessory building, shall be at the discretion of Council, requiring public notification in accordance with Condition 6 of the CM Land Use Zone Table and Regulations 33 and 90.
Anyone wishing to comment on this proposal, is asked to contact the Town Office in writing. The deadline for written comments shall be Friday, June 26, 12:00 noon. Further information on this matter may be obtained by contacting the Town’s Planning and Development Department.
