DEVELOPMENT NOTICE | 38 Gallows Cove Road
Discretionary Use
The Town of Torbay is in receipt of an application from 38 Gallows Cove Road proposing to establish a home-based business offering counselling and mediation services; operated out of an existing accessory building. There will be no signage. An average of 3-4 clients per week are anticipated, plus an option for virtual meetings. The business is proposed to have one fulltime employee. The property is located within the Residential Infill (RI) Land Use Zone of the Torbay Development Regulations 2015-2025, and a proposed home based professional service use is listed as discretionary. This application is processed in accordance with Regulations 33 and 90, requiring public notification.
Anyone wishing to comment on this proposal is asked to contact the Town Office in writing. The deadline for written comments shall be April 28, 2023.
