Development Notice – 26 Martin’s & Doyle’s Lane

DISCRETIONARY USE

The Town of Torbay is in receipt of an application from 26 Martin’s & Doyle’s Lane proposing to keep chickens for personal use (no more than 6). The property is located within the Residential
Medium Density (RMD) and Residential Infill (RI) Land Use Zones of the Torbay Development Regulations 2015-2025. The proposal to keep chickens for personal use will be located within
the RMD & RI Land Use Zone and a proposed traditional agricultural use is listed as discretionary. This application is processed in accordance with Regulations 33 and 90, requiring public notification.

Anyone wishing to comment on this proposal is asked to contact the Town Office in writing. The deadline for written comments shall be Friday, January 29, 2021, 12:00 noon. Further information on this matter may be obtained by contacting the Town’s Planning and Development Department.
