The Town of Torbay is in receipt of an application from 1751 Torbay Road proposing to establish a home office in association with an online learning & HR training web-based business.  There will be no signage and no clients will be received at the office. The property is located within the Residential Infill (RI) Land Use Zone of the Torbay Development Regulations 2015-2025, and a proposed home office use is listed as discretionary.
