The Town of Torbay is in receipt of an application proposing to convert the existing single dwelling at 15 Spray Lane into a micro / craft brewery that includes a taproom/bar/lounge and retail/shop area. The property is located within the Town Centre (TC) Land Use Zone of the Torbay Development Regulations 2015-2025, and the combined Light Industry/Catering (Lounge) Uses are listed as discretionary. The shop use is listed as a permitted use. This application is processed in accordance with Regulations 33 and 90, requiring public notification.

Anyone wishing to comment on this proposal, is asked to contact the Town Office in writing. The deadline for written comments shall be Friday, August 6, 2021. Further information on this matter may be obtained by contacting the Town’s Planning and Development Department.
