Development Notice – 137 Indian Meal Line
DISCRETIONARY USE
The Town of Torbay is in receipt of an application from 137 Indian Meal Line proposing to use a 8 m2 (85 f2) area of the existing dwelling to operate a dog grooming business. There will be approx. 3-5 customers per day. Offstreet parking is being provided on the subject property. The property is located within the Residential Medium Density (RMD) Land Use Zone of the Torbay Development Regulations 2015-2025, and a proposed personal service use is listed as discretionary. This application is processed in accordance with Regulations 33 and 90, requiring public notification.
Anyone wishing to comment on this proposal, is asked to contact the Town Office in writing. The deadline for written comments shall be Friday, June 26, 2020, 12:00 noon. Further information on this matter may be obtained by contacting the Town’s Planning and Development Department.
