DEVELOPMENT NOTICE: 101 Patrick’s Path
The Town of Torbay is in receipt of an application from 79 Upper Evening’s Path proposing to operate a home business creating wood crafts such as jewelry boxes, carving boards, wooden toys, etc. There will be no customers coming to the subject property and there will be no associated signage. The property is located within the Residential Infill (RI) Land Use Zone of the Torbay Development Regulations 2015-2025, and a proposed home business creating arts and crafts objects is considered light industry, which is listed as discretionary. This application is processed in accordance with Regulations 33 and 90, requiring public notification.
Anyone wishing to comment on this proposal, is asked to contact the Town Office in writing. The deadline for written comments shall be October 22, 12:00 noon. Further information on this matter may be obtained by contacting the Town’s Planning and Development Department.
