Construction Notice | Sidewalk Project Phase 2
The Town of Torbay, in partnership with the Federal and Provincial governments, will be starting phase two of the Torbay Road sidewalk project on July 2nd, 2024. The project is expected to be completed towards the end of August.
The project will connect the existing sidewalks on Torbay Road south of Bauline Line down to the existing sidewalk just North of Indian Meal Line. Motorists are asked to avoid the construction zone if possible and to obey all posted signage and flags persons if travelling through the area. Pedestrians are asked to avoid the area as access will be limited. Patrons of the Post Tap House are advised that parking is available at the Torbay Commons overflow parking lot if required with access down through the memorial site trail.
