Canadian Down Syndrome Week | October 20th – 26th, 2024
At our most recent public council meeting, the Town of Torbay proclaimed the week of October 20th – 26th as Canadian Down Syndrome Week!
Mayor Craig Scott was joined by Torbay resident Noah Kean for the official proclamation to help commemorate this week, thank you Noah!
