Amendment Notice | Public Consultation | Ellard Place
The general public is invited to view a draft copy of the Town of Torbay Development Regulations Amendment No. 12, 2023.
The proposed Development Regulations Amendment No. 12, 2023, will re-zone a piece of property at the western end of Ellard Place from Residential Subdivision Area (RSA) to Residential Large Lot (RLL), and rezone a smaller piece of the same property from Residential Infill (RI) to Residential Large Lot (RLL) for zoning to coincide with existing property boundaries in the area. The amendment is required, so Council may consider an application for a proposed westerly extension to Ellard Place for a 7-lot residential subdivision.
The public may provide any comments or concerns on the proposed change to the Town in writing before Council proceeds with adopting the proposed amendment. The Town of Torbay draft Development Regulations Amendment No. 12, 2023, and associated background documents shall be on display September 13 to September 29, 2023, from 8:30 am – 4:00 pm, Town Hall, Torbay, as well as on the Town of Torbay website at www.torbay.ca . The deadline for written comments shall be 4:00 pm, Friday September 29th, 2023.
