PUBLIC CONSULTATION
Municipal Plan Amendment No. 5, 2022 and Development Regulations Amendment No. 9, 2022 – 615 Bauline Line Amendment
The general public is invited to view a draft copy of the Town of Torbay Municipal Plan Amendment No. 5, 2022, and Development Regulations Amendment No. 9, 2022.
The proposed Municipal Plan Amendment No. 5, 2022, will re-designate a single parcel of land located at 615 Bauline Line from Rural to Residential to create a second residential lot. The proposed Development Regulations Amendment No. 9, 2022, will re-zone the same area of land from Rural (RUR) to Residential Infill (RI).
The public may provide any comments or concerns on the proposed change to the Town in writing before Council proceeds with adopting the proposed amendment.
The Town of Torbay Draft Municipal Plan Amendment No. 5, 2022, and Development Regulations Amendment No. 9, 2022, shall be on display from February 14th to 28th, 2022, from 10:00 am – 3:00 pm, Town Hall, Torbay, as well as on the Town’s website at www.torbay.ca.
The deadline for written comments shall be 3:00 pm., Monday, February 28th, 2022.
