A Public Meeting of Council was held on December 16 at 7:30pm following the regularly scheduled Public Council Meeting in Council Chambers at Torbay Town Hall. The 2020 Draft Budget was presented by Councilor Tony Pollard, Chair of Administration and Finance Committee, who opened up the floor for questions following the presentation.
